The Balance of Power...
Or the Power of Balance?

How would you like to have the Power to control your weight? You can do it. Today you can take control of your body and never be powerless again.

Don’t misunderstand me. You have to get the right information first. Information is power. And then you have to put that information into action in your daily life.

Up until today, the balance of power has been in the hands of those fattening foods we love and the companies who want you to buy them. Our families and social situations have had the power to make us eat more than we want to. Responsibility has forced us to focus on work and rest, rather than allow us to be the active people we need to be for our health. All these powerful forces in our lives have been controlling us, until this moment, when we decide to take control for ourselves.

Balance your daily calories towards early in the day, so they can give you the nutrients and energy you need to complete your responsibilities. Don’t load up on calories at 8 o’clock at night, when you don’t have a chance to use them for anything but to increase your fat storage.

Your body was not designed to run on coffee, tea or soda. Balance these "treats" with equal parts of water to give your body the water it needs to burn calories, circulate nutrients and stay vibrantly alive.
